Entry

Alarms are retrieved via a common entry system: contacts, serial ports, TCP / IP, email, and more. Forwarding the notice of the event on the ixArma Portal takes place over TCP/IP, email, SMS, and other media. Alarm texts can be transformed from the ixArma portal into language files when they are to be used for the voice alarm.

Alarm/Alert options

Via the Internet portal in ixArma, alarms can be easily configured per alarm point, to determine how and who you want to alert at certain times. For example, during the day via SMS, at night on your home phone.

Multiple call media and their priorities can be set for each person. The following call methods are possible:

Security

The ixArma portal monitors 24/7 and the servers are configured for duplication. All configuration changes, alarms, and call triggers will be logged.

Evaluations

Reports are regularly sent to you detailing your triggered alarms and the sequence of alarm events. Each time an alarm is triggered the system can also send you a report via email with all the details.
